Are zip ties reusable? How do you remove a zip tie without cutting it?	Most zip ties are not reusable as they are designed with a one - way locking mechanism. Once tightened, it's difficult to loosen and reuse them without damaging the tie. It's possible to remove a zip tie without cutting it by using a small tool like a flat - head screwdriver to push open the locking mechanism. But this requires some skill and patience.
How much weight can a zip tie hold?	The weight a zip tie can hold varies depending on its size.
Can zip ties be used outdoors?	Zip ties can be used outdoors, but their lifespan may be reduced due to exposure to the elements. UV - resistant zip ties are available for better outdoor performance.

Returns & Refund & Damage

Returns	Return requests for zipties must be initiated within 30 days from the date of the original delivery. To qualify for a return: The returned zipties must be complete in quantity. This means they should not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Shipping charges for returned orders are non-refundable, as shipping costs have already been incurred. Please be aware that orders of zipties with a total value of $100 or more are considered final sales and are non - returnable.
Refund	After you use the free shipping clause, you need to pay all shipping fee if you want to refund and return the product. All refunds are processed for the total amount paid for the item ordered, but please note that shipping charges are non-refundable,because the shipping cost has already been incurred. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Once we received the returned items, will issue the refund to you within 48 hours.
Damage	In the rare instance that your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make things right for you.
